The UPRRM Chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers welcomes companies who are interested in doing a presentation at our meetings.

We are interested in presentations related to mechanical engineering. ASME will arrange and pay for catering, a nice room and any A/V equipment the company wishes to procure for the presentation.

We will also adverise with large posters, email, and other means. We generally ask for a $500 donation for the presentation. This money offsets our cost and funds events to increase membership, and therefore, meeting/presentation attendance.
