Frequently Asked Questions
1. How can I have a first time account in Cadlab?
You have to fill up and SIGN in the account form (Page 1 and 2) and bring it to one of the Cadlab guardians or students in charge at that moment with evidence that you are an enrolled ME Student at current semester.
Important notice: Do not leave it over the desk because
it would not be processed.
2. I already had my account last semester, what I have to do?
You have to bring evidence that you are an enrolled ME student at current semester to one of the cadlab guardians or students in charge and then fill the old accounts activation list.
3. If I have problems with my ME department computer.
What should I do?
We have a Service Call page where you can inform us your problem.
4. I am in a ME Department computer and I only have access
to in-campus webpages.
It is a high possibility that is not a problem with our network and UPRM network but with the outside internet service. For more information you can call to 787-832-4040 ext. 2055, 3331.
5. I want to make a reservation to use Cadlab for a seminar.
Send an email to ccamacho@me.uprm.edu stating the purpose, date, time and any other important information.
6. There is problems with ME server or the server is down.
